Proofread! There are a lot of errors in this paper that you would have caught if you have read through it carefully. It's not enough to sit down and write the paper. You have to edit and revise.
Your interviews would be easier to follow if you had used quotation marks. This would let me know who was talking. Even putting each quote on a new line would have been helpful.
Keep these in mind next time you have a paper to write, and you should do much better!
