Migration Stories Part 1

A place where I would like to live is London, England, because I have always found that area of Europe to be interesting to me. Most of the People there are nice. Great sports city especially for soccer and I really do not mind watching a couple of soccer clubs play. Also their seafood is delicious and I am a very big fan of seafood. There is a lot less fighting with other countries and a smaller threat of having fights with other countries.

Another place where i would like to live is somewhere warm and has clear waters like the Caribbean or Central America. Like I said in the other paragraph I love to eat seafood and the islands are filled with seafood. Very close to the waters for swimming and for just laying on the beach. Also some of the people on my mother's side of the family are from Haiti and the Dominican Republic so I could walk the footsteps of my ancestors and do some research on them.

Some push forces for London, England is that it is very cold up there during the winter. Also American dollars do not have the same value as the pound in England. Some of the foods that don't have to do with seafood are terrible. Also there is not a lot of sports to do other than soccer, tennis, and golf.

Overall I would like to live in the Caribbean or Central America but right now there is poverty. There is also terrible crime that includes the Drug Car-tell that is killing people and selling drugs all around. Also their economy is lowering so there is a smaller chance of all the nice stores and businesses on the island will be closing down. So a lot of the Carribean and Central America are not going to have their luster within the next few years.

Over time my mind will change on where I want to live but, in eight years I will be out of college and will have to make a decision on where to live and where to work at. When the time comes I know I will be ready to chose.
